"In Rousseau's view (1762). . . most of the problems of education are problems of motivation, as teachers try to rush things. They talk of geography before the child knows the way around his own backyard. They teach history before the child understand anything about adult motivation. . . . It would be far better, to let questions arise naturally. . . . When a child is self-motivated, the teacher cannot keep him from learning."

You can see today's vocabulary list HERE
~365 days until I move out of Michigan
138 days until graduation from NMU
73 days until GRE test day
44 days until I visit Brown University
27 days until the fall semester begins at NMU
I have a lot of countdowns! It's tough to continue my research with all this going on, but I'm not letting it stop me completely. I've been focusing my research more on which schools to attend, and although this is not about modifying Fibonacci's sequence, it is important. Therefore, my first visit will be to Brown University. I have a growing list of questions to ask, but if any of you have suggestions on what to ask please don't hesitate to comment!
