Math Museum

I have this desire to see Fermat's original note, claiming his elaborate proof could not fit in the margins. To see it in person. To see other mathematical treasures. To visit a museum and be fully entranced in the wonders it protects. There, my search for a math museum began.

I found the Goudreau Math Museum. Then found that its funding sources only allowed for 23 years of service, and that 23rd year was 2006. Disappointment filled my thoughts, until I found this written on another blog. "There will be a math museum open in Manhattan, New York, in 2012. New York Times has an interesting article about it!"
